This comprised of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which included some of the latest insulation technologies, full house 24/7 ventilation and extraction with heat exchanger, triple glazed windows, zoned underfloor heating via low energy alpha pumps, 750 litre pressurised heat store controlling domestic hot water and heating while accepting solar input, log burner input, gas boiler input and having electric immersion heaters as final backup.
